EBONY Bites is a black-owned, family-operated Caribbean food truck and catering business based in Orillia, Ontario. Operated by Joan Mahaffey, it specializes in authentic Jamaican cuisine, including popular Jerk Chicken, Pork, and Vegan Stew, primarily operating at the Port of Orillia.
EBONY Bites has fused Jamaican and Canadian cuisine to create an iconic taste experience. By taking Canadian staples like Caesar Salad and Poutine and combining it with Jerk Chicken or Jerk Pork and adding our unique cheese blends and seasonings; we have created some local favourites.
